Gluten Free?

Some of our snacks are gluten free too!  Our Groovy Granola, Kringle Krunch, and Gluten Free Cranberry Apple Energy Bars are all made without wheat products and are gluten free but full of whole grains and nutrition! Fuel up with nutritious gluten free snacks!

Although these products are made from naturally gluten free ingredients and we do our best to avoid cross contamination -- our products are at high risk of being contaminated with gluten as we grind our own wheat flour and handle gluten containing ingredients.  These products are not recommended for those with Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity.
